This episode was a lot of fun to make. In it, I dove into various approaches to how to learn presence when our trauma activates our nervous system, and presence becomes challenging to access.
This is especially helpful for those people who feel like they can never stop moving, who are always looking for the next thing to do, or who don’t know how to “turn off their brains.”
